‘At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.’

Described as one of the 20th Century’s greatest ever plays, Journey’s End is a tragic drama of stunning individuality, unrivalled as a comment on the absolute absurdity and inhumanity of war, which in today’s climate is more significant than ever. This blistering and moving drama focuses on the story of a small band of English soldiers in the trenches of World War One. It is the story of so many men who went home from the trenches of world war one, irrevocably changed and the story of those who never made it home. Those fathers, brothers, sons and uncles who came to their journey’s end in the trenches of the “War to end all Wars”

A deeply moving and uplifting story Journey’s End is recommended for audiences ages 12 and older, adults, and young adults.
